Game Drives: Long periods of sitting in vehicles are required for game drives, which may be uncomfortable for those with back issues. Boat Safari: A moderate level of physical mobility is needed for boarding and disembarking the boat on the Kazinga Channel. Participants should be in good health and capable of handling outdoor condition Weather: Be prepared for hot weather and occasional rain.

  • Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. Full payment must be made at least 14 days before the tour.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
  • Travel Insurance: All participants must have valid travel insurance for health, accidents, and emergencies.
  • Tour Inclusions/Exclusions: Ensure clarity on included services (e.g., meals, transport) and excluded ones (e.g., visas, personal expenses).
