- Full payment is required before commencing the tour. Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the tour date are charged in full.
- A deposit payment is required to make a booking, and will be retained in case of a cancellation.
- All drivers must be over 18 years old and hold a full and current driving license type B (permission to drive a car). Minimum passenger age is 7 years old and height 120cm (3.94ft).
- All drivers and passengers must wear the helmets provided and follow the instructions of the guide at all times.
- Full adherence to Spanish traffic laws is required by law. No drugs or alcohol allowed before or during the tour. Using a mobile phone while driving is not permitted. You are required to adhere to speed limits and keep safe distance between vehicles as instructed by your guide. Racing, overtaking and/or dangerous driving will not be tolerated and drivers will be removed from the tour with no refund given.
- The driver should drive the vehicles with care following the instructions given and will be held liable for any damages caused due to reckless driving. The decision of your guide will be final in all circumstances.
- Drivers and passengers must sign our liability waiver. All clients undertake to carry out this activity at his/her own risk. We hold liability and 3rd party insurance only.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time for your safety briefing, it is important that due attention is paid during safety briefing for your own and other people´s safety.
- We may ask to reschedule your tour is the weather conditions threaten the safety of your tour.
