Cancellation Policy
Less than 30 days before the tour: No refund
30–60 days before the tour: 50% refund
60 days or more before the tour: Full refund
Note: Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the booking.
Deposit Policy
A €200 damage deposit is required in advance. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of the tour if no damage is caused to the motorcycle or gear.
Client Responsibility and Liability Agreement
By participating in the tour, clients agree to take full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the motorcycle during the tour. Failure to pay for such damages may result in legal action taken by the municipality of Nikšić or other appropriate authorities.
All participants also acknowledge that they are responsible for their own health, safety, and insurance coverage during the tour. Any written communication (e.g. messages, emails) regarding tour participation is considered legally binding.
