Everest Base Camp trek with Lobuche Peak Climbing

1. Booking and Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the trip departure date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure will forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure will result in a 50% refund of the total trip cost.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of departure.

3. Health and Fitness:

• Participants must be in good health and physical condition.
• A medical certificate may be required to confirm fitness for the climb.

4. Insurance:

• Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is mandatory for all participants.
• Insurance must cover high-altitude trekking and climbing, emergency evacuation, and medical expenses.

5. Itinerary Changes:

• Berg Reisen Nepal Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or other safety concerns.
• Any additional costs resulting from itinerary changes will be the responsibility of the participant.

6. Responsibilities and Risks:

• Climbing and trekking involve inherent risks. Participants must understand and accept these risks.
• Berg Reisen Nepal Pvt. Ltd. and its staff will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the trip.

7. Equipment:

• Participants are responsible for providing their own personal climbing gear. A detailed gear list will be provided.
• Group climbing equipment will be supplied by Berg Reisen Nepal Pvt. Ltd.

8. Behavior:

• Participants are expected to respect local customs, culture, and the natural environment.
• Any behavior deemed disruptive or dangerous will result in immediate removal from the trip without a refund.

9. Complaints:

• Any complaints should be reported to the guide or company representative as soon as possible to allow for prompt resolution.
