1/General Conditions of Sale to Moorea Evasion customers
These general conditions of sale apply to any person wishing to subscribe to a service sold by Moorea Evasion. They may be modified without notice, and only the general conditions of sale online on the date of the order may apply.
The Customer acknowledges having read these conditions before registering for the services offered by Moorea Evasion and that he has duly accepted them. They are available on the following link in (download) and printable.

2/Registrations for services and payments Reservation:
Reservations are made by e-mail at contact@moorea-evasion.com or by telephone at (+689) 87 74 80 10. The reservation dates will be offered to you according to availability. Payment: The reservation will only be taken into account after validation of the payment of a deposit of 50% of the service. Payment can be made by: Polynesian Check, Cash, CB, transfer or Paypal (with the address moorea.evasion@gmail.com).

3/Cancellation and withdrawal of the customer If you need to cancel your reservation, send us an email to: contact@moorea-evasion.com Cancellation more than 14 days before the date of the service, a full refund will be made. Cancellation between 14 days and 7 days before the date of the service, a 50% refund will be made. Cancellation less than 7 days before the date of the service, no refund. If you are unable to perform the ordered service, you can offer another person to do it in your place provided that they meet the same conditions and requirements. Payment will remain due by the customer who initially subscribed to the service. In this case, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the date of the service. If you are absent or interrupt the service, for whatever reason, there will be no refund.

4/Cancellation by Moorea Evasion The supervisors reserve the right to modify the itineraries and stops depending on weather conditions, without prior notice. If the departure is completely canceled by Moorea Evasion, for whatever reason, another date will be offered to you based on your availability. A full refund may be issued if no dates match, without additional compensation. 5/Refund If a refund is granted, it will be made by bank transfer within 30 days from the date the refund is approved.

6/Our prices
The prices of our services are expressed inclusive of tax in Pacific Francs, in addition and for information purposes, the prices in Euros are rounded. The descriptions of the services indicate the details of the elements included in the price. The applicable price is that of the day of validation of the service. Prices may change without notice.

7/Practice of activities
The Client acknowledges that he has the necessary physical capacity and has no medical contraindications in relation to the chosen activity. A medical certificate may be requested for the practice of certain activities. It is necessary to be aware of the risks associated with activities that take place in an unsafe natural environment. Participants must respect the safety instructions provided by the supervisors before and during each activity. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. The minimum age may be limited for certain activities.

8/Equipment / Responsibilities
The equipment and materials made available to customers are approved and comply with current standards. They are periodically maintained and meet applicable safety requirements.

The captain of Moorea Evasion , holder of official diplomas and approvals issued by the state, is the only person responsible on board. He will determine the itinerary and set the location of breaks according to navigation and weather conditions. He will assess the physical skills of the participants, reserving the right to shorten or cancel an activity to meet safety requirements.

9/Insurance
Moorea Evasion has professional insurance covering its activities, but we strongly advise you to contact your personal insurance to take out individual accident liability insurance.

10/Intellectual property and image rights
By participating in our activities, you agree that Moorea Evasion may use your image for promotional or advertising purposes on its website, on its social media pages or in print.
However, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data at any time by sending an email to contact@moorea-evasion.com ( art. 34 of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978). 11/Applicable law and competent jurisdiction These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute between Moorea Evasion and the customer in connection with these General Terms and Conditions, only the French courts shall have jurisdiction over their interpretation and/or execution. The court of Papeete, French Polynesia, shall have sole jurisdiction. 12/Customer service
